THE ROLE OF DIVERSITY

Transformation to a better world

India has a significant number of people from diverse backgrounds who face several challenges and barriers in accessing equal opportunities and benefits. These issues are compounded by economic, social, and political factors that create systemic inequalities and perpetuate exclusion. Women, transgender individuals, and differently-abled individuals encounter a multitude of obstacles and hurdles in both their personal and professional lives. Marginalized groups also face a lack of representation in decision-making bodies, which further perpetuates systemic inequalities. Addressing these issues requires a comprehensive approach that involves not only policy interventions but also changes in attitudes and social norms.

The Need of the Hour
NEED is an initiative that was born out of this problem and is an endeavor spearheaded by Ourea (Oureansoul Pvt. Ltd.) that attempts to foster, enrich, and enable the multifarious sector. Our programs are specifically designed to uplift various groups, including Women, LGBT, and differently-abled individuals through networking events, mentorship, and training sessions. Additionally, we provide assistance in securing employment opportunities as well as aiding in the expansion of entrepreneurial ventures and highly aims to restore health for a better world to diversified community.

NEED addresses diversity concerns aligning with government bodies and organization that support the diversified segments to take necessary initiatives which can ensure opportunities and rights to everyone. Through this diversified community, we aim to restore identity for everyone thereby creating a better world.
